We’re hoping for an enthusiastic and capable professional to join and become a brand advocate for the services we provide to clients afterhours as an On-Call Psychologist.
What does an On-Call Psychologist do?
Utilising a pager system, the service operates on a roster basis covering weeknights and weekends. A typical roster includes one weeknight a week, and one weekend a month.
In this home-based role, the level of service delivery will vary according to customer needs including EAP counselling, psychological interventions, and Critical Incident Management Services.
What does it take to become an On-Call Psychologist?
A qualified psychologist with AHPRA registration, you will bring 5 years (minimum) relevant experience and a committed, can-do attitude.
A curious mind, empathy and good listening skills are essential, combined with competent admin skills to follow through with procedures accurately and efficiently.
Best suited to a psychologist who is looking for a flexible arrangement, this role will require you to be available for evenings and weekends on a roster basis on an ongoing basis, as well as a regular meeting and professional development requirements.
