Assure (part of the APM Group) is seeking a State Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory (based in the Brisbane office). The role is full time and is responsible for people leadership, clinical quality, commercial outcomes and customer relations. You need to be a psychologist, fully registered with AHPRA and willing to join a fast-paced, innovative and professionally recognised EAP/Psychological Services business. 


You will make an impact by:

  • Leading a large team of highly experienced Allied Health professionals across Queensland, and the Northern Territory
  • Resourcing and retaining health talent to deliver on annual referral growth
  • Exceeding defined team targets to support achieving strategic business initiatives
  • Effectively managing local contractual requirements to deliver outcomes across a diverse customer base
  • Focusing on the delivery of positive customer outcomes that meet identified customer satisfaction targets
  • Leading state-based business development with key markets and customers
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

 
To be successful in this role…

You will need to have a proven level of experience as a leader driven by pro-active and outcome focused results. Our clients and customers are our number one priority, alongside the support and well-being of our team.


You will have:

  • Psychology qualification/s and full AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated health management experience
  • Understanding of, or experience in Workplace health and well-being (specifically EAP)
  • Successful senior operational leadership experience
  • Willingness to complete a national criminal history check
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
