With a proven level of experience as a pro-active leader, you will be confident in your ability to lead state-based business development with key markets and customers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be:
- Focused on the achievement of positive customer outcomes
- Resourcing and retaining health talent to deliver on annual referral growth
- Meeting and exceeding defined team targets to support strategic business initiatives
It is essential that you meet the following minimum requirements:
- Psychology qualifications with full AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated health management experience
- Understanding of, or experience in Workplace health and well-being (specifically EAP)
- Successful senior operational leadership experience
- Willingness to complete a national criminal history check
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
